01. Characteristics
It is particularly excellent in permeability, thermal resistance, chemical resistance, mechenical strength, and workability.
The water-soluble type is easy to handle and economical. Particularly, it is suitable for the working environment and process for which the alcohol-soluble type can not be used.
02. Applicable field
The phenol resin for impregnation is permeated into the internal tissues of paper, wood, and textile, giving products adhesive strength, intensity, and thermal resistance.
It shows its final physical properties after the manufacturing processes of impregnation, drying, lamination, and press and is used for producing HPM for building, Hi-Pack chairs, and bulletproof helmets.
In accordance with custmers' requirements, we are materializing various physical properties.

It is very excellent in permeability and insulating properties.
And there are no warping and distortion. It is also excellent in mechanical strength.
02. Applicable field
field Bakelite is a product manufactured in a form of board by applying heat and pressure after impregnating phenol resin into paper, hemp, and glass cloth. It is mostly used for drill machine-processed Back-Up board and insulation plate for PCB, socket, plug, and various switches. Our phenol resin gives Bakelite excellent electrical insulating properties and mechanical properties, and materializes various properties depending upon its use.

02. Applicable field
The abrasive material is a product that granular or powdery high hardness materials used for abrasion are combined with paper or cloth. As a bonding material, our phenol resin is used for combination.

It is excellent in heat resistance and there is almost no change in heat even in high temperature.
Furthermore, at the time of thermal decomposition, it generates comparatively less smoke and toxic gas.
02. Applicable field
Polystyrene and polyurethane used as the existing insulation material for building is light and excellent in thermal resistance, but they have a demerit of generating toxic gase when they burn.
In order to solve such a problem, phenol form is now being developed as an alternative material.
We are currently producing phenol resin for expansion, which is suitable for phenol form production.

It is easy to adjust its viscosity and it has excellent thermal resistance and coherence.
02. Applicable field
The refractory materials can endure high temperature. At least, they are not softened in high temperature, maintain their strengths, and also endure chemiclal reactions. They are manufactured by mixing various mineral thermal resistant materials and bonding materials, and molding them. As a bonding material, our phenol resin is used for fire resistance.
